PUReWall is a new high-performance, insulated structural wall panel that can help build a net-zero home. Constructed at a panelization facility using conventional wood frames, the system features framing lumber, 1 to 2 inches of rigid polyiso board on the outside, and 1½ inches of structural closed-cell spray polyurethane foam on the inside. It reduces thermal bridging and eliminates the need for plastic housewrap and OSB sheathing.

FrameFAST is the manufacturer’s newest fastener system for attaching trusses and rafters to top plates from a safe location. The system consists of the FrameFAST structural wood screw—a code-compliant replacement screw for hurricane ties—and the FrameFAST tool.

NexDoor is an innovative interior door that features a built-in ventilation system that makes every room cleaner and more comfortable, the company says. It equalizes air pressure throughout a house and features a smart coating on the door’s interior panels to abate volatile organic compounds. Doors come in five panel designs and in various materials.

Part of the brand’s newly launched Chef Collection line of premium appliances, the fully integrated built-in refrigerator is the industry’s first 42-inch built-in four-door flex model with a FlexZone compartment that transitions from fridge to freezer at the touch of a button. It includes a Metal Cooling stainless steel interior and TwinCooling to keep food fresher, View Inside cameras so consumers can see contents from anywhere on their smartphones, and LED lighting. The product is also Wi-Fi-enbaled.

The prototype Smart All-in-One Care Washer and Dryer Combo washes and dries clothes in the same machine. Load & Go bulk dispensing automatically dispenses the right amount of detergent, and the unit senses when laundry supplies are low and can automatically order more from Amazon. The unit can be remotely controlled from a mobile device through the Whirlpool mobile app.

Designed for houses with exterior foam insulation, rainscreens, or brick siding, ThermalBuck extends the mounting point for windows and doors to create a flush plane for cladding and allows direct structural attachment of the window. The product is made from high-density EPS foam and comes in 8-foot lengths.
