While this renovation achieves the added storage this image above leave a little to be desired. If the range had been adjusted to the left just a bit, then the "lonely skinny" upper cabinet on the right would have been better balanced. It would have framed the hood chimney better, too. In other words instead of three upper cabinets, perhaps two larger ones would have provided better storage and visual balance to this wall. Even more radical, if the window had no real views, maybe eliminating it altogether would have given even more wall storage opportunities. Otherwise executed well.
