Cyron Lighting has introduced a new Energy Star-rated recessed LED light that is designed for easy change-out of 5- and 6-inch ceiling can flood lights. It replaces a 100-watt conventional bulb but uses only 15 watts of power.
“Based on an average of three hours of usage per day, Cyron’s model BDL6B1-D01-15 recessed downlight has an expected life of 32 years and has a yearly operating cost of $1.64,” the company says.
Dimmable down to approximately 10 percent, the fixture is available in three tones of white, and its trims are gasket sealed for better insulation to save heating and AC energy usage.
“The new indoor LED light brings the perfection of museum and art gallery color accuracy to homeowners,” the company says. “They are an excellent choice for home construction or remodeling and anywhere else where indoor color accuracy is important.”
