Italian Luxury Appliance Brand Superiore Introduces Affordable Suite

SUPERIORE La Cucina in Red

The Italian appliance brand Superiore is set to launch the new La Cucina Collection of affordable ranges at the 2018 AD Design Show.

“When we set out to develop the La Cucina Collection, our approach was to bring Superiore’s iconic style and performance together for North American consumers looking for more affordable premium appliances,” says Antonio Di Tommaso, CEO of Superiore. “Using clean lines, robust materials, and an exciting variety of bold colors and finishes that are new to the market, the La Cucina ranges have been designed specifically for aspiring design aficionados.”

The company says the products will hit a price point that appeals to price-conscious, design-savvy consumers who expect premium performance. “This is the first collection from Superiore to offer a complete kitchen solution, featuring range and hood duos plus a stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher,” the company says.

Stainless steel ranges are available in 30- and 36-inch models, with the option of the classic oven door window or the company’s panorama window for a widescreen view inside the oven. The cooktop features five gas burners (on both sizes) with power up to 18,000 BTUs and simmer at 750 BTUs. They also include a gas convection oven with fan, infrared broiler, and a 5.7- or 6.7-cubic-foot overall capacity.

“La Cucina 36-inch ranges with classic oven door windows will also be available in never-before-seen colors and unique finishes,” Superiore explains. “A sophisticated Velvet finish offers a soft texture in subdued shades of Terra and Sage. The Stellar finish features metallized particles in its polished surface, showcasing stunning Olive and Aubergine colors. Inspired by the racing culture of Superiore’s own Emilia Romagna Motor Valley, the High Gloss finish in Red and Black boast a bold, sporty shine. Finally, the Pearl finish exhibits a unique matte-lustre texture in Grey and White for a subtly glamorous, contemporary look.”
