Electrical device manufacturer Legrand has expanded its offering of mobile charging devices with the launch of a new collection of ultra-fast usb outlets.
Part of the adorne family of products, the USB outlets deliver on the latest trend for fast, easy charging, while also elevating any residential space with exceptional style.

“Interest in USB Type-C charging has definitely increased recently,” says Adam Hayes, senior product manager-UX at Legrand. “Especially as it’s been adopted by top brands in their latest models of smartphones and tablets. Expanding our options to provide adapter-free charging for the newest devices on the market, as well as for those that might be coming next, was an obvious way to ensure we’re meeting our customers’ needs.”
Offering 6 amps of power, the adorne USB outlets are able to charge smartphones and tablets up to 40% faster, making it easier to keep devices charged and ready. And with options that include the newer USB Type-C connection, as well as traditional USB Type-A, this launch provides quick and convenient built-in charging solutions tailored to any home’s specific needs.

Legrand says it released the adorne ultra-fast solutions to join the radiant ultra-fast usb outlets released last year. The idea, the company says, is to further its position “as the foremost provider of designer switches and outlets and innovative leader in mobile device charging.”
Like all designer switches and outlets from the adorne Collection, the new Ultra-Fast Outlets pair with an extensive range of wall plates, available in 40 colors and finishes, and can replace a standard outlet in as little as 15 minutes.
