Tile manufacturer Walker Zanger has debuted three new tile collections, including one that focuses on offering luxury tile designs at affordable prices and shorter lead times.

Walker Zanger Studio takes the brand in an entirely new direction. It compiles a wide array of tile designs into an affordable and readily available collection. Ceramic, glass, cement, and natural stone tiles are available through the Walker Zanger studio.

There are 15 ceramic tiles available in glossy and matte finishes. The glass tile Studio line offers nine different designs ranging from hexagons to subway tiles. Walker Zanger Studio’s stone line features 16 different tiles in different patterns and stones. All offerings are available in one neutral color and one style.

“The timeless line of ceramic, glass, natural stone and porcelain tile was fashioned out of a desire to appeal to a new wave of homeowners and designers who want Walker Zanger’s authentic tile and signature looks at more accessible price points,” says the brand. “The collection is crafted with the same authenticity and quality found in all Walker Zanger collections, yet will be readily available to consumers with shortened lead times.”

To compare prices, a 6-inch ceramic picket-shaped tile from the Kiva line in the green color family comes out to $18.75 per square foot. The Studio ceramic gray picket tile is $14.48 per square foot.

Kiva and Emerson Lane, the other two releases, offer tiles that remain true to their inspirations. Kiva focuses on “desert modern,” the company says. The Southwest-inspired line meets a polished aesthetic with natural hues available in nine unique shapes such as triangle, picket, diamond, taos, and fan. The brand suggests pairing Kiva tiles with other natural materials and handcrafted textures, such as wood and stone.

“Kiva is grounded yet full of life, evoking the raw beauty of a landscape that whispers of tribal history and hospitality,” writes Walker Zanger.

Color inspirations come from leathers, woods, desert art, copper, Southwestern rugs, and cacti. The tiles are double-fired, glazed white body clay and the shapes mimic boulders, buttes, and palm trees. The result is a minimalist yet mid-century aesthetic with a touch of wellness because of its earthy inspirations and rustic colors, the brand says.

Emerson Lane tiles are made of Spanish dry press bisque with a high gloss finish. Tile designs and colors work well for farmhouse and transitional applications, says Walker Zanger. The neutral color palette of beige, blue, gray, and white emit a calm, casual vibe.

Walker Zanger suggests pairing Emerson Lane ceramic tiles with wood floors, sea glass accents, copper, and green textiles. The collection comes in 2-by-12, 3-by-16, and bullnose tiles. Tiles can be used in residential floors, walls, shower walls, and commercial interior walls.
