Video: Craftsman Power Tools Rebrands With a New Cordless Tool System

After its acquisition by Stanley Black & Decker in 2017, the Craftsman brand of tools has relaunched, adding a new battery system to its cordless lineup.

The brand's relaunch includes more than 100 power tool offerings, including kitted tools, bare tools, combo kits, batteries, chargers, pneumatic nailers, and various compressor combo kits. All new cordless tools operate on the new V20 battery system features a slide-pack design, professional-grade cells, and a state of charge indicator. Stand-out cordless launches include a tile saw with a slide-table design, a miter saw that can make up to 585 MDF cuts in one charge, and 1/2-inch brushless drill/driver.
